SBC Enrollment Support
SBC is considered the premier brokerage in regards to communications and ongoing enrollment support. We customize all offerings to each client, but each client is offered the basic fundamentals:
- SBC handles all open enrollment meetings (typically 45 days prior to renewal).
- SBC handles all enrollments for newly eligible employees on an ongoing basis via either one on one meetings, online enrollment or phone consultations.
- SBC provides all clients with employee packets that describe the benefits package in a proficient, yet concise message.
- SBC can provide posters for posting in break rooms with plan info and important phone numbers.
- SBC can utilize HRIS systems when needed to handle administration functions online.
Currently, SBC handles one on one enrollment for over 4000 lives nationally. The key to making the enrollment strategy work effectively is to have an understanding of the specific needs, have ample time to prepare, and have full support from management.
